I am so thrilled to be a part of the Impressions Choice Support team. Not only do I feel like a part of the family myself, I have been so impressed with the level of genuine commitment and care given to those who employ their services. Often exceeding what would normally be expected of any service provider. The extent of understanding and experience of disability within the company is so vast. This creates opportunity to enjoy so many wonderful and varied clientele, not only making my day interesting and often fun, but fulfilling as well.

Introducing James, one of our senior staff. Having over 30 years experience across the health industry. Although James had a solid background in nursing, he has predominantly dedicated to the last 25 years to disability. Understanding the challenges involved personally as well as professionally. Alongside Debbie, James plays a major role in all decisions and direction of impressions choice support. Always putting in 150% effort to his role and the team. Being a Yorkshire man, brings a wicked sense of humour, guaranteed to make you laugh. Sports with a capital S are a lifelong passion. You name it, he loves it.

I have recently joined a beautiful team at Impression’s Choice Support, and love everything they are about and what they stand for. Impressions choice support achieve everything that seems impossible and makes it possible and goes over and beyond what anyone would ever expect. I have been working in the caring industry for almost 9 years, including aged care/disability and community based work. I consider myself to be a bright,bubbly and outgoing personality with a heart that can’t contain the love and care it gives, Im so passionate about advocating for those that don’t have a voice and seeing every individual achieving goals they never thought they could achieve.

I’m Clare, a dedicated disability support worker. I am genuine about providing support and assistance to all peoples with disabilities and without. I want to help you live freely within your community. I have 4 years experience within the disability sector and currently studying a Diploma in Case Management, with my goal of becoming a Support Co-ordinator and Social Worker. My previous roles can be utilised by anyone to assist in everyday life. With 15 years telecommunication and technology experience I can assist with set up your devices such as mobile phone, iPads, computers, internet and teach you how to use them. Along with 20 years of Gymnastics Coaching I am able to assist you with mobility such as aqua aerobics, walking, or any form of physical movement suited to your ability. I’m fun, honest and straight to the point. I can be the active listener or the conversationalist. If you need assistance at social events, get nervous or anxious, I am a great ice breaker and social introducer. Other important qualities I possess are professionalism along with courtesy and compassion to clients, families, advocates, providers and the public.
